Established in 1867, Morehouse College is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the the urban setting of the medium-sized city of Atlanta (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), Georgia.

Officially accredited/recognized by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges, Morehouse College (MC) is a small (enrollment range: 2,000-2,999 students) men only higher education institution.
